About this project

CRM built using unofficial WhatsApp API (Waha) to make it easier to manage WhatsApp chats. Equipped with business data scraping features from Google Maps and automated reply messages.

Challenges

Integration with WAHA and real-time chat implementation.

How I contributed

I led the engineering side: designed the queue + retry strategy on top of WAHA, built the automation flow editor on the React side, and wrote the rate-limit shaping logic that kept accounts healthy.
